Press releases can be written for announcements such as a new website, product or service launch, anniversaries, business expansion, awards, etc – just remember it should be a newsworthy topic.

If you would rather write the press release yourself and just have us do the submission for you, this is the option for you. Please note that we will not perform any editing of your content for typos, errors in links or other formatting errors if you choose this option. You need to ensure that you submit the following:

• 400 words minimum (not more than 600)
• Include 3 links. 2 should be in the body of the press release and use keyword anchor text. The third links should be in the last paragraph of the Press Release and the anchor text must be the domain name of your site.
• Full contact information at bottom of the Press Release – full name, full address, email address and phone number – must all be included. Some PR sites will not publish without this information. WARNING: This contact information will go out on the Web so make sure you are comfortable with this information being publically visible to the entire world.
