Q. What happens after I place an order?
A. First you will be directed to an order instructions page, please follow the instructions as stated on that page for order entry. You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to the order instruction page in case you need to come back to it. In a nutshell you will be asked for all the information (keywords, topics, niche etc) to complete your order to your satisfaction. Next we match your article request with the best writer for topic or topics and within 4-7 business days you should receive your order via email from our CMS or as an attachment in our helpdesk.
Q. Can I request longer articles beyond what you have stated on your site?
A. Absolutely, we do custom orders everyday. Just open a helpdesk ticket at http://ctcsupport.com, please include as much information as possible.
Q. Do you produce 100% unique content?
A. That is correct, all of our articles are 100% unique and custom written for you and will never be resold again to anyone else by us.
Q. What if I am unsatisfied with the articles?
A. In almost all cases, we will do what it takes to make things right, even if it means rewriting from scratch. However due to the nature of this business, once the articles are written there are no refunds only edits because the writers have already been paid. Please see our Refunds Page.
Q. Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes we do have an affiliate program, at the moment it is by invitation only for quality control. For affiliate program consideration please contact us via our helpdesk at http://ctcsupport.com and please let us know how you plan on marketing our services.
