Revision Policy:

If the work that you have received from us is not as described on our website (ArticlesOnTap.com) or as requested by you, we are more than happy to make revisions.

Requests for a revision must be made in via our Helpdesk at http://ctcsupport.com and received within 48 hours after we have delivered the articles.

Refund Policy (for Articles, Blog Posts, Press Releases and other Content):

If however you are not satisfied with our work and wish to receive a refund, the following rules apply:

a) If we have not begun work on your order you will receive an 100% refund upon request.

b) If we have already begun working on your order then we can not issue a refund for the work already in progress. We will however, issue a refund for work that has not yet begun. So if you order 10 articles, and we have begun work on 2 of the 10 articles, you will receive a refund for 8 articles. Please keep in mind that if you purchase 10 articles and receive the volume discount, then any remaining work that falls under 10 articles will be charged our prevailing single article price of $13 per article.

c) If the work has already been completed and you have received your order we can not issue a refund for services already rendered.

Refund Policy (for SEO, Linkbuilding and Consulting Services):

We do not provide refunds for services rendered. SEO is purchased 30 days in advance. If you are on a recurring billing payment plan for SEO or other services you may cancel it at any time. You will not, however, be refunded for the current month. The cancellation will be stop any new charges from incurring and we will continue to provide the services already paid for until the end of the current payment period.

Likewise we do not refund Linkbuilding and/or Consulting Services services including the SEO Analysis or Backlinks Analysis packages.

Errors, Typos and Other Content Corrections

The nature of SEO is syndication and distribution of content. As such, we do not direct control over the vast majority of the sites for which your content may or may not appear on as a result of SEO, Article Submission or Press Release services. We cannot make any corrections or changes for content that resides on servers which we do not control.
